By accessing and using ViewR ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ViewR provides a platform for content creators to monetize their digital content through shareable links. The Service includes:

  • Content hosting and secure vault storage
  • Payment processing for digital content sales
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Creator dashboard and management tools

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share through the Service. You agree not to upload, share, or distribute:

  • Content that violates any law or regulation
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Content involving minors or illegal activities
  • Malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent content

5. Revenue and Payments

ViewR retains a 20% platform fee on all transactions. You will receive 80% of the sale price. Payment terms:

  • Payouts are processed weekly
  • Minimum payout threshold may apply
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes
  • Chargebacks and refunds may be deducted from your earnings

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant ViewR a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. ViewR and its logos are trademarks of ViewR and may not be used without permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Manipulate or abuse the payment system

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any pending payouts may be forfeited if your account was terminated for violations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ViewR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ViewR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
