1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ViewR and your agreement with us. By accessing or using ViewR (accessible at viewr.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Creators may use chat operators or AI to communicate on their behalf
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ViewR

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • "ViewR" refers to our website accessible at viewr.me and all related services.
  • "We", "our", "us" refers to ViewR and its operators.
  • "User" means any person who accesses or uses ViewR, including Creators and Fans.
  • "Creator" means a User who has set up an account to post Content for Fans to view.
  • "Fan" means a User who subscribes to or purchases Content from Creators.
  • "Content" means any material uploaded to ViewR, including photos, videos, audio, text, and messages.
  • "Chat Operator" means any person or AI system authorised by a Creator to communicate with Fans on the Creator's behalf.
  • "Subscription" means a Fan's recurring agreement to access a Creator's content.
  • "PPV" (Pay-Per-View) means individually priced content that Fans purchase separately.
  • "Creator Earnings" means the portion of Fan payments payable to Creators after platform fees.

3. Account Registration

3.1 General Requirements

To use ViewR, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not have been previously banned from ViewR

3.2 Creator Requirements

To become a Creator, you must additionally:

  • Complete identity verification with valid government-issued ID
  • Provide valid payment information for receiving earnings
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding content creation
  • Accept responsibility for any Chat Operators or AI systems you authorise

3.3 Fan Requirements

To become a Fan, you must:

  • Confirm you are at least 18 years of age
  • Provide a valid email address
  • Agree to the payment terms for any subscriptions or purchases
  • Acknowledge that Creators may use Chat Operators or AI to communicate

4. Chat Operators and AI Communication

Important Notice for Fans:

Creators on ViewR may employ Chat Operators (humans) or AI systems to communicate with Fans on their behalf. By using ViewR, you acknowledge and consent to this practice.

4.1 Creator Responsibilities

Creators who use Chat Operators or AI must:

  • Ensure all communications comply with these Terms and applicable laws
  • Take full responsibility for all content and communications sent on their behalf
  • Ensure Chat Operators are properly trained and supervised
  • Maintain the security of access credentials shared with Chat Operators

4.2 Fan Acknowledgment

By using ViewR as a Fan, you acknowledge that:

  • Messages from Creators may be sent by Chat Operators or AI systems
  • The Creator remains responsible for all communications from their account
  • You consent to receiving communications from authorised representatives
  • This does not affect your rights under consumer protection laws

5. Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all Content you upload to ViewR. By uploading Content, you grant ViewR a limited license to host, display, and distribute your Content to authorised Users in accordance with your settings.

5.2 Adult Content

ViewR permits adult content. By accessing ViewR, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and acknowledge that you may encounter adult material. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your access to such content.

5.3 Content Restrictions

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context
  • Non-consensual sexual content or "revenge porn"
  • Content depicting or promoting human trafficking
  • Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism
  • Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Content infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Content depicting actual violence, torture, or abuse
  • Content promoting illegal drug trafficking

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Fan Payments

Fans agree to pay for subscriptions, PPV content, and tips as displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers.

6.2 Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period
  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
  • Price changes will be notified in advance of renewal

6.3 Creator Earnings

  • Creators receive 80% of all Fan payments after payment processing fees
  • Payouts are processed weekly (every 7 days)
  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply
  • Creators are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes

6.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

If a Fan initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to deduct the disputed amount from the Creator's pending earnings. Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Key points:

  • ViewR does not have a public marketplace or discovery feature
  • Fan identities are protected and not shared with other Users
  • Creator content is only visible to subscribed or paying Fans
  • We implement industry-standard security measures

8. Intellectual Property

You must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please see our DMCA Policy.

The ViewR name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination:

  • Your access to ViewR will be revoked
  • Any pending Creator earnings will be paid out subject to our standard schedule
  • We may retain certain data as required by law
  • Active subscriptions will not be renewed

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • ViewR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for content posted by Users
  • We are not liable for unauthorised access to your account due to your negligence

11. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ViewR shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to attempt resolution through our support team before initiating any legal action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through ViewR. Your continued use of ViewR after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
